Discover the events and dialogues led by Alianza and its member funds at COP30
At COP30, the Socio-environmental Funds of the Global South | Alianza Socioambiental Fondos del Sur will lead and participate in a diverse set of dialogues that reflect the strength and vision of local funds from across the Global South.
Our main home during the conference will be The Global South House, a collaborative platform for political articulation, mobilization, and knowledge exchange among philanthropic and community-led actors. Through debates, conversations, and joint initiatives, it seeks to show how climate and nature finance can be structured from the territories outward.
The events hosted by Alianza and its member funds address many of the most urgent challenges and opportunities of our time, including direct funding to communities, feminist and Indigenous leadership, adaptation, deforestation, food systems, and new collaborative pathways for financing climate action at scale.
Beyond The Global South House, member funds will also be present in the official conference venues – the Blue Zone and Green Zone – as well as in other spaces for dialogue and exchange across the city of Belém.
Together, these encounters build a collective voice calling for a more just and locally grounded global financing architecture.
